unable to install video controller

I have reinstalled my Dimension 5000  lately. I have installed all the drivers I received on cd-rom, but I keep getting the message that new hardware was found, the videocontroller. I can not find the drivers for the videocontroller, not on mij cd-roms, and not on the Dell downloads website. It wasn't a problem, untill I wanted to connect my computer to the tv...I can not choose for another screen in the advanced properties of my display....

 

Can anyone please help me?
