Uncompatable RAM? Dimensions 4700
I just bought two sticks of 1Gb RAM today, but when I installed it onto the motherboard, I get an error message when I turn it on 'Decompilation or dissasembly prohibited'. Before the RAM, I had the standard 512 mb RAM, 2.8Ghz pentium 4, and windows xp pro.

All it took was "add hardware" on the control panel

Oh, I forgot. The RAM I bought is Kingston DDR2. KVR667D2K2/2GR

Never mind I solved the problem.
