Upgrade Memory

I have Dell 4100 P3 866 with 128 mb of ram I am thinking of adding another 256. On Crucial they show,

• SDRAM, PC133 • CL=3 (slower)
• Non-parity • and

• SDRAM, PC133 • CL=2 (faster)
• Non-parity •

Now my question is how do I tell if mine is "CL=3 or CL=2"
since there is no sense in putting a faster CAS latency module if mine is slower or vice versa.

Any help with this would be much appreciated.

You have CL=3. You will see no difference in performance between the 2 anyway.
