Upgrading Dell Dimension 9200 CPU
I want to upgrade my Dells CPU to something a little more powerful. At the moment I have an Intel E6400. What would be the fastest CPU that would be compatible with my system.
I saw that in this post someone said the Q6700 would work. http://en.community.dell.com/support-forums/desktop/f/3514/t/19245915.aspx
Any more suggestions or advice on what I should go for?

Ok so looking around the net I could only find this CPU for sale. It's on ebay but it's new and the seller seems reputable. I just want to confirm that this is in fact the correct CPU. Don't want to go forking out the cash to find that it is wrong.

Also this may be another stupid question. Will CPUs from the states still work ok in EU machines? I mean with the different electrical systems I'm kind of suspicious of buying electronics from the states.
