Video card?

I just got the Stealth 9250 128 MB PCI Graphics Card so I can play world of warcraft on my DELL DIMENSION E510 computer, I placed the graphics card in my computer, however when I tried to use the CD to install the driver, it seemed that everything worked (except I was never prompted to restart my computer or to click the finish button. So I did the troubleshooting thing, went to the display adapters and disabled both of the ones beginning with INTEL and when I reset the computer, still nothing happened so I plugged in the connector from the monitor to the old onboard device. What is wrong, look at the screenshot, thanks http://www.sacredheartcor.org/images/screen.jpg

lukemaxpro,

You need to go into the BIOS and change the video setting to Onboard/PEG, in order for it to read a PCI Express video card in the slot. You would also want to uninstall the onboard video drivers before installing the other video card.

Since the drivers on the disk that came with the card are most likely dated, it is strongly recommended that you go to the vendor site and download the newest version of the drivers.

ok, now at least the card works, Now when I plug the monitor cable into the dongle that connects into the new slot, the monitor uses that avenue. Not whenever I scroll up or down on a web page, I can see a line moving down the screen to refresh the screen, what does that mean and how do I get rid of it, thanks
