i guess first of all we are going to need to know what computer you have, how much ram is installed, what operating system you are using, xp vista or 7, go to control panel, click on system and on the left it will show you how fast the processor and how much ram is installed, {memory}.

That's either a Dimension 9200 or an XPS 410 - they're basically identical systems.
Topmahof may have more ideas, but here's my 2c:
One thing you didn't mention was what kind of internet connection you have. If it's a dial-up connection, there's not much you can do - dial-up simply cannot keep up with the data transfer rate required for video.
If it is a broadband connection, then start with clearing out your temporary internet files. Assuming it's Internet Explorer, go to Tools - Options, then delete Temporary Files, Cookies, and History.

yeh, start with what alexandra_p said to do. the internet connection would be the next step. are you connecting wireless? are you using a 3g wireless network from a provider like at t, or verizon. if you are connecting through a cable modem or a phone modem it might be wise to reset it. if you're not sure how to you should be able to just unplug it and plug it back in. i have to reset mine about once a month. if you're connecting through a router, same thing. reset it. power it off and power it back one.
