voltage is low

Message on my Dimenson 8200, 2.8 CPU, 256 Ram, screeen states "sytem voltage is low" Strike F1 to continue or f 2 for setup. I am not having any problem with this computer except for that message and I hit F1 to get the system working.

Is this the BIOS battery that is low and if so do Dell sell them?
Any major problems in replacing this battery in this system.

Thanks for the information in advance.

Replacing the battery on the motherboard is easy.  It's a 3-V CR2032 coin cell battery that you should be able to find at Radio Shack or Wal Mart.  Instructions for replacing the battery can be found on page 99 of the following pdf document:

Hi,

Please remember to take anti static precautions when changing the battery.

Keep the shiny surfaces of the battery free of fingerpriints which may affect the quaility of the electrical contact.
