Where AUTOEXEC.BAT AND CONFIG.SYS FILES ARE LOCATED
Iam using DELL inspiron 20 3043 ALL IN DESKTOP. In this desktop loaded with windows 8.1 OS.
I want to know AUTOEXEC.BAT and CONFIG.SYS files and how to edit and modify these files in my Desktop.

Autoexec.bat and config.sys are 35 year old MSDOS configuration files and Do not apply to windows 7 or 8 or 10.
