Go to Start > Run, type in 'msconfig' (without the quotes) then click OK. When the window comes up click on the 'System.ini' tab then scroll down and click on the + sign next to the [386Enh] entry. Look down the list for a line that looks like:
MinSPs=6
If you find it then click on the 'Edit' button and change the 6 to a 8.
If you don't find the line (which you probably won't) then click on the 'New' button. When the little box appears type in:
MinSPs=8 (exactly like that)
Then hit Return, OK out then reboot.
If you still get the error repeat all the steps down to finding the line and change the 8 to an 10 (i.e., increase by two (2) until you don't get the error any more). Going with 8 should fix it.
This might fix both errors. Try it and see.
