Winword.Exe/KRNL386.Exe Errors:
I tried to start Word on my computer much to my dismay. Here is the sequence of errors I got:
1) Winword.Exe has experience some problems.
2)The Blue Screen came up and it said "An error has occurred...ERROR:OE:01A7:BFF8E64B" Then i pressed a key, and a gray screen came up.
3)This came up next. "MPREXE caused a general protection fault in module KRNL386.EXE at 0001:00002862.
I would appreciate any help anyone can give.
