Wireless Keyboard issue - swapped characters
I have a wireless keyboard and it has two key's mapping swapped. How do I correct the mapping?
1.
Shift (2) = double quotes (") it should be the 'at sign' (@)
Shift single quotes (') = 'at sign' (@) it should be double quotes (")
2.
Back slash (above enter key) prints pound sign. I have no back slash character.
Shift Back slash prints (~). should be verticle line
Shift (`) [next to One key] prints (¬). Should be (~) [see above]
Shift 3 prints (£). should be (#)

Sounds like the language is not correct. Open Clock, Language, Region in Control Panel (or whatever it's called in your version of windows) and check the setting on the Keyboard tab. It might be set to British English instead of US. Check all the settings for KB on each page. There are several places that could be set wrong.

I did as you requested. Selections were to Grt Britan or English (England) no change. I also replace the driver - no change.
Still looking for a solution.

Try checking with the keyboard manufacturer's support site for help. The keyboard setting for England will give you pound signs etc. If you want the US kb, change it to US--even if you are not located in US. There are other kb settings in Hardware, Keyboard you should check--date format, currency symbols...
