XPS Design ?

Yes looks nice but what happened to the XPS Renagade .. Will this new Designed XPS be better than a Renagade .. and will this new Designed XPS PC have Blue Ray DVD RW & be backwords compatible and a HD TV Tunrer Card .. I want it All in my Next PC ..Also no blocked PCI Slots like the XPS 600 with a Nvidia video card installed..The XPS 600 had a few design flaws like blocked PCI slots.. 4 Usefull PCI slots is reasonable and the PCI 1X should be usefull as well for the newer {PCI 1X} HD TV tuner cards arriving soon from Asia to the Americian Market..A New Designed XPS should be ready for future upgrades that are in the works .. Dell should know what the market will bring in the future years to come ..lets say 3 future years. Thank You to Dell For Creating this Design Form , I think it will be usefull for Dell and Dell PC users

Here's an idea. AMD CPU!!

Since these XPS series computers are geared towards gaming, why not put the best gaming CPU in the computers? It's proven that the AMD is faster then the Intel chips, and their cheaper.

I'd buy a Dell XPS in a hreatbeat if they had AMD inside. I'm already in the market for a new computer, I just have to find one that meets my price and specs. I'll wait to see what this new Dell comes with before I make up my mind.

U could buy an Alienware PC as its an afilliated company of Dell and Alienware has AMD. Alienware PC 's are  roughly the same price as XPS systems more or less

I goofed when I posted my first post here, oh well, this is off topic but I'll answer it any way.

Alienware computer's are poorly supported, and poorly built. I've read way to many horror stories about them to trust my money to them. I like Dells, I work with them all the time; heck this reply is being written on a Dell GX 280. I know Dell just purchased them, but everything I've read said nothing is going to change. If that's the case, I don't need the heart ache of dealing with them, not over an overpriced paper weight. At the first sign of trouble, they tell you to reload your computer. That's not tech support, that's being lazy.

I like the look of the Dell XPS, especially the newest one; it’s just looks cool.

Listen guys if dell started using AMD'S on there m1710 laptop or xps pc , you would have to clamp them to your desk !!!  wicked-fast

i dont have any experience with alienware. but i own a inspiron 9300 laptop. and the service dell provides is very very good.

the soundcard was broke so they send some guy to my house to fix the problem. This didn't work so they send another guy. After 2 more attempts they send a brand new pc.
So ok, the repair guys were not great at fixing my pc at my house.
But Dell shipped me a new and better laptop afterwards so i am very happy.

this is much better than i experienced with another no name laptop i bought at a big electronic chain. They shipped my machine back to the factory and after 3 months it come back all scratched up.

dell service is pretty much king.
