200 gift card help!
Hey guys I purchased my XPS laptop back in Dec 20th and I still haven't receive my 200 dollar gift card yet. I called customer service couple times regarding this issues but all they did was like they don't have the status or worse, they told me one of my two laptops which purchased on the same day is not qualify for the gift card. I am sick of this. Is there anyone or department manager I can call to have this resolve? Please help me out!

I am having the same problem. I ordered my XPS M1530 on 12/23 and still haven't received my 70 dollar gift card.
On my packing slip, it said it would arrive 6-8 weeks after purchase. I think it has been 8 weeks.

My understanding is 6-8 weeks after you take delivery of the PC.

I ordered my 420 a full month before you and only got my card earlier this week. Wait another month before calling to complain.

How weird, after complaining yesterday, my $70 gift card arrived today. My computer was delivered on 12/27, so exactly 7 weeks to get the card.
