5100 bios support Hyperthreading?

I am considering the 3.06 P4 upgrade for my 5100, and I was wondering if the bios will support Hyper threading. I also want to know if it is possible to adjust the Speedstepping through software.  I know this chip supports speed stepping straight out of the box, but I'd like to know if i can disable it and force the proc to run at full speed at all times.

SpeedStepping is not an option in this system.  I purchased the P4 3.06 GHz HT on a 533FSB cpu and it runs great.  It does run a little warmer than the 2.66 but that is forgivable.  The HT is disabled on the system and there is no option to enable it once the CPU is inserted.  Needless to say, it found a new home in my PE400SC.

I suppose the question now is *can* the board support HT or not, and will dell update the bios to allow for HT later on if so?
