5105/9100 comparison
I replaced my daughter's one year old 1100 inspiron laptop (dead mother board thank you Dell) with a 5150 refurbished on ebay. Two questions 1) I paid $800 and I hope that's an ok price. This thing has a one year warantee. 2) This is the biggie. I am looking at getting a Gateway (so fed up with Dell) but saw some 9100 & 8100's on ebay. Why are they better than the 5150? Are they just good gaming machines? I don't need gaming specs, but a good machine for a future graphic artist.
