You currently have the best card available for your system. The only other option that comes close is the 64MB Mobility Radeon 9000 which is very similar in performance but is a DX8.1 card compared to the one you have which is DX9. Sorry, no upgrade for you!
I doubt if Dell will ever release any more graphics cards in this particular form factor, I think that they are focusing now on putting out the new systems this year. However, you never know, so don't give up hope.... but for now there is nothing for you.
