600m Battery
I know it came with the 48WHr battery but this battery is so bad only someone who owns a 600m could possibly understand how fast the battery runs out if doing anything on it.
So, my question, I know DELL doesn't sell anything but a replacment 48WHr but is there another source to possibly get a better battery that fits and matches color for the 600m?

I have a 600m and I think battery life is excellent.

You can extend your battery life by forcing the processor clock speed down.
