Hii i have inspiron 15 3542 lap when the connect AC adapter or Battery turns on automatically and start the cpu fan and getting off then its getting 7 beeps
i tried some metods and not solve i think bios chip erased please help me to find out
This is a mainboard or CPU failure -- both are a single unit.
If the system is in warranty, call Dell for repair. If it's out of warranty, carefully consider whether you want to spend $300+ on a repair on a system this low end. You're likely better off replacing the system rather than repairing this one.
Either the CPU or the mainboard has failed - more likely the latter than the former, but they're a single unit. You need to replace the system board - or the system. This is not otherwise fixable.
