8200 USB 1 or 2?

Question

I am having a problem with an iomega CD-RW running at reduced speed, Device Manager says I do not have a high speed USB.  Is it possible to upgrade to USB 2 ?   What is invalved?

You have USB 1.1 and would need to add a USB 2.0 controller card.
