You expected this "cellular" device to work without drivers?  You'd better check with your cellular provider about drivers for Windows Vista.

No , I don't expect Cellular device work without drivers, I said windows & dell driver cannot detect the device

there is no any new or unknow hardware on Device Manager

I have to check with dell , cause the  Cellular device is integrated with Latitude D630

Hi Hossam i am Hisham, and i face the same problem

i have Dell D630 laptop as you
i see in my laptop a SIM Card slot beside my battery, i did not give it any interest until i receive a 3G SIM HSDPA capacity, so i thought that i can us this slot for that,i  keep search for derivers as you  but every time i have error,
until i read that it needs additional card to be installed also,
as you see from this link

so that is why it doesnot work with you and me,
any way we know why
