Adobe Acrobat X Standard
How do I obtain a copy of the installation disk or installation files for Acrobat X Standard. This was supplied pre-installed when I bought my XPS in June 2011.
I need to re-install and have the serial numbers etc. but no disk was supplied and there is no installation file on the hard disk.

PeterStanley34,
I have seen versions of Adobe in My Dell Downloads.
Please use Internet Explorer(32-bit) when navigating to My Dell Downloads :: Login. Use the same email address and password you use here. Click on add system. Your paid programs can be found there.
***Systems purchased befor April 1, 2010 might NOT register with Dell My Downloads***

This does not solve the problem as the software, although it was pre-installed, is not listed and is not available for download.
I need a link to download from.

Thanks Rick,
It is not Reader that I have the problem with. As you say that is available to download.
It is the full product Acrobat X Standard (Also referred to by Dell as Acrobat Business Tools) that I am not able to obtain a new installation disk/file for. Peter

Rick,
I got in touch with Dell Support last week. They were not very helpful. They kept me on the phone for about 90 minutes, padded around the subject, decided that they couldn't find anything for me to download so told me to try Adobe.
Adobe are not interested because the product was supplied by Dell.
