I have a Alienware 17 2013 with problem in some usb devices.
the device turn on and off and never stop.
usb flash drive... some usb HDD and USB HUB powered or not.. same problem.. my phone is a victim too.
i use this devices in my old laptop m17x r4.. works fine..
my android phone reconize all this devices with no problem.

i'm running windows 10. but i have a linux installed and for now i not have any problem.

and yes i try make a clean re-install windows...
