Is a version of Softex Bay Manager available for the Latitude CPt using Windows NT 4.0?

You can find the files Dell has validated for your system on our website. From:

http://www.dell.com

Click on Support.dell.com and then the Site Map at the right of the top bar. Click on File Library. Enter your Service Tag or Express Service Code and it will give you a complete listing of all the files for your system. The files you are looking for will be listed here as well as other updates that might be of interest. You can also find a variety of tools and information about your system in the Dell Knowledge Center.

My Insperon came with Bay Manager installed under Windows Me.  I have changed my operating system to Windows XP professional service pack 2 but the softex software on my Dell disk is not compatable and won't install.  How can I get a new Bay Manager so I can hot swap?

I don't think you need BayManager with XP. XP has a built in system for removing removable components
