Blank screen with mouse cursor
I have a Dell Latitude E4310 running Vista 7 Professional.
It has been running great with no issues except when I turned it on this morning. It went through it's normal boot sequence (Microsoft Logo...) and then instead of going to my desktop for viewing, the screen stayed black with only my mouse cursor visible.
I can start it in safe mode and my desktop is visible. I don't know what to do at this point and would appreciate anyone's help. Thanks in advance!!

There is no such OS as Vista 7 Professional.
You either have Windows Vista or Windows 7
That said. Reboot. F12. And run Dell Diagnostics.
