Hi mrkrana,
The Blue screen error 1000007e generally occurs if there are some issue with the drivers. Please let me know the following so that I can help you better:
Follow the steps below to do a system restore.
- Click on Start
- Type in System Restore in the Search box and press Enter.
- Restore system to an earlier date
- In the Welcome to System Restore window, click Restore my computer to an earlier time, and then click Next.
- In the System Restore window, click Select a Restore Point page of the System Restore window appears.
- On the calendar, dates in bold indicate restore points. Select the desired date then select the restore point from the list on the right. The best likely restore point to use is the last restore point before problems were observed with the system.
- Click Next.
- In the Confirm Restore Point Selection page, verify that the desired restore point is selected, then click Next.
- After the computer restarts, the Restoration Complete page of the System Restore window appears.
- Click OK
Hope this helps. Do reply with the results.Dell_Abhishek_B

Hi mrkrana,
Thank you for the reply.
Please let me know if you ran the diagnostics by following the steps mentioned on my last post. If the diagnostics pass there are no hardware issues, once that is determined we can check for software issues.
You can check the link below for Dell retailers and service providers in Siliguri.

You can also check the system warranty details on the link below. You will need to enter the system Service Tag mentioned on a white bar coded sticker on the link below to get the warranty information and the drivers that are required for this system.

Glad to help. Do reply with the test results.

Hi mrkrana,
Thank you for the reply.
As the diagnostics have passed there are no hardware issues. I would advise you to check the device manager to make sure that all the drivers are installed properly.
Steps to check the device manager.
Please let me know if there are any bangs beside any devices listed in device manager.
Also, share the files from the C:\Windows\Minidump\122412-14430-01.dmp in your system. To share the Minidump. Please click on Use rich formatting to type your reply, choose the Insert image tab on the top bar and browse the file and attach it in place of the image.
Do reply with the results.

Record the module (DIMM1 or 2) that produced the error. Then swap the two modules. If the error follows the module, the module is bad; replace the module. If it sticks to the same socket with the other module installed, it's the socket that's bad and you'll need to replace the system board.

i am having the same problem with my laptop. i first got the blusr screen 3 days ago and i ran the diagnostics today and it said memory integrity test failed, error code 2000-0123. i am still running the diagnostics but unsure of how i could fix this considering i could barely get into safe mode for 5 minutes without the blue screen popping up. thank you in advance.

If you don't want to do that and you're under warranty, call Dell. If you're out of warranty, you can pay a shop to do the job. Otherwise, yes, you'll need to swap the modules around to isolate the problem.
To do that:
Unplug the system
Remove the battery.
Hold the power button for 30 seconds
Then swap the memory modules - on most models, it's fairly easy to do -- if you want more detail post the model number.

The memory is easily accessed from a door at the bottom of the system.
