Good day !
I would suggest you to login to the system in safe mode with networking and then select the correct operating system to download the bluetooth driver from this page .
Also note this model works with Dell Wireless 375 Bluetooth Module ,so this is the driver that has to be downloaded .
But if there are any more queries do write to us .
Hoping this helps .
Kindest Regards ,

The windows installer is not available in safe mode. I have installed the driver from the page but that only takes care of part of the problem, there are still 3 unknown devices related to bluetooth

I am downloading and installing it now, just a quick question before reboot, what does the STM fall sensor have to do with bluetooth driver issue, that is what the above link points too.

Bluetooth is enabled in bios and it is on. However it is not recognized anywhere else since the driver is not installed for the device. I tried installing the drivers again and I am getting an error, I tried the Microsoft fix it option for this but it still fails

If you look at my previous post, I have already tried that (it would not install). But I started having other issues so I had my laptop re-imaged and it is now working.
