Bluetooth LG HBS730 Problem!
I have a new Alienware 14 laptop and everything was working fine with my Bluetooth Headset until I upgraded to the 8.1 version of Windows! Now my LG HBS 730 headset will only connect for a second then disconnects??? I have tried uninstalling the headset and re-installing several times and still nothing works?? Any help would be great since I use my headset to do school work and use it almost every time I am on my laptop.

Hello. Sorry that you have not received a reply here on the Laptop Audio board. I suggest that you post your question on the Wireless board.

I'm having the same problem. I bought the LG Tone+ so I could watch movies on my brand new 15 Inspiron quietly while wife and son watched TV. Won't pair. Very frustrated. LG says it's a driver issue with Dell. I don't see this anywhere listed on the wireless board, so commented here. Not sure where else to go...

Hello, I have the exact same computer and it is having the same issue with the headset, I was wondering if there is a chance you figured out how to get it to work?

No, I still haven't. I haven't tried in a while though, so if there is an update I'm unaware of one. I love the Tone, but just frustrated it won't pair.
