Bluetooth + USb not working properly

Hello,

I have Win 10 x64, Alienware 15 2015 model. 

I have a few issues which makes me nuts, as I spent a few days trying to figure out those myself already

1. Bluetooth is not working. 

I've tried to update bluetooth driver and deleted one from devices. Now I cannot make my bluetooth work, i've downloaded latest driver here :  Communications_Driver_1KG88_WN32_17.1.1525.1443_A00.EXE .

But I still cannot see bluetooth in my devices. And cannot connect my keybord and mouse.

2. USB's are not working properly. I have a Logitech g700s mouse. I can connect it via bluetooth dongle ( which is not working ) or USB cable ( which always worked on any laptops without any drivers. But I have latest Logitech drivers anyway. So connecting via USB also doesnt work. I also cannot make my notebook to see my phone when i connect it via USB 

3. AW command center - when launching it, i receive an error ( The device you have selected is included in the current theme but AlienFX cannot detect this device on your system.  Do you want to remove this device from the current theme?) and I cannot modify my lightning anymore.

This all makes me really frustrating as I received my laptop a week ago, spent a dew days trying to make everything work  and still cannot enjoy it.
