Bring Back Inertial Scrolling

I have a M6700 and run Windows 8.1.  Why has Dell removed the inertial scrolling (side scrolling) from the touchpad driver?  I have to go back to A02 to keep that feature.  Unfortunately A02 is buggy so I have to reinstall every so often.

Why can't Dell give us the option of the two finger scroll or inertial?

For anyone who will say 'try it, you'll like it', I tried it for a month.  Hated it.  Difficult to use, not consistent.  GIVE US A CHOICE!!!!!

If I'm missing something and it's possible in the driver, please give me instructions how to make it work!
