BSOD, Driver Wdf01000.sys
Hello,
My vostro 2521 with win 7 pro recently has some Blue Screen of Death.
I just use whocrashed to get the Crash Dump Analysis:
Crash dumps are enabled on your computer.
On Sat 28/09/2013 18:49:00 GMT your computer crashed
crash dump file: C:\Windows\Minidump\092913-19406-01.dmp
This was probably caused by the following module: wdf01000.sys (Wdf01000+0x1C028)
Bugcheck code: 0x1000007E (0xFFFFFFFF80000003, 0xFFFFF80002E77990, 0xFFFFF8800A6813F8, 0xFFFFF8800A680C50)
Error: SYSTEM_THREAD_EXCEPTION_NOT_HANDLED_M
file path: C:\Windows\system32\drivers\wdf01000.sys
product: Microsoft® Windows® Operating System
company: Microsoft Corporation
description: Kernel Mode Driver Framework Runtime
Bug check description: This indicates that a system thread generated an exception which the error handler did not catch.
This appears to be a typical software driver bug and is not likely to be caused by a hardware problem.
The crash took place in a standard Microsoft module. Your system configuration may be incorrect. Possibly this problem is caused by another driver on your system that cannot be identified at this time.

Hi,
Thank you for your help!
I downloaded all the necessary drivers, now I want to know how must I proceed to uninstall the drivers, I do it in "Programs and Features" or in "Device Manager", and in "Device Manager" how to know which drivers are concerned?

Hi bnour,
I would suggest you to reinstall the operating system just to make sure there are no conflicts. Once you reinstall the operating system then install the drivers in the right order.
(Note: Please back up your data (pictures, videos, files etc.) before reinstalling the operating system)
Follow this link to reinstall the operating system.

Hi bnour,
Thank you for the update. There is no DSS for your system. You can verify by using this link. You can also go ahead and install MY DELL which is a new version of Dell Support Center.
DSS link ( you would find all the drivers here)

Hi Shrikanth,
I reinstalled the operating system then install the drivers in the right order, but still have a bsod problem.
The bsod occurs when I try to put my pc in sleep mode, and I noticed that this problem can have relation with my cellphone HTC one s, because when I try to put it in sleep mode with the cellphone branched I had this problem, but when I try without the cellphone branched there is no bsod, but maybe it's not exactly the cell cause also sometimes the sleep mode is successful with the cell branched.
Just below the dump file contains, I used windbg to get that:

Hi bnour,
Thank you for the update and i appreciate your effort here. I would request you to run the hardware diagnostics along with the extended memory test to make sure hardware is fine. (Once you finish the diagnostics you will get a pop up to continue the test, select continue or yes). To run diagnostics
