C600 TV Card ?!
Hi all,
I have a laptop Latitude C600 for Schlumberger use only.
I am looking for a PCMCIA TV Card for my laptop, so which one is compatible with my hardware.

You will need to obtain a TV Tuner card such as Margi's TV-To-Go or Capture-To-Go PCMCIA card and bundled tuner. They are the ONLY company that manufactures something like this.
You have to search online to find a vendor that has it in stock since Margi Systems does not manufacture this product anymore.

The PCMCIA TV card option for the laptop is quite expensive and that's why it was discontinued. Doubt it is going to be attempted anytime soon. People seem to be content with the USB option. I am looking for atleast firewire connectivity. Going for the TV PCI card is the way to go. I am faithfully waiting for a cheap firewire option. If someone can explain to me how the USB 1.0 version stands up to live picture quality because of the 11mbps limit, that would be great.
