Hi apemba,

With permission from “RockStr-Rick K” I would like to suggest this troubleshooting tip. Was there any software change made to the computer (such as Windows Update, Operating System Reinstallation, etc.)?

Was the webcam working earlier? If the webcam was working earlier, try to restore your computer to an earlier date and check.

Hope this helps.

apemba,

Dell-Zohaib R or myself did not hear from you. The webcam will not show under devices and printers. You should be able to see it in the device manager under imaging devices.

If you need assistance, please post back and we can help you get the webcam working.

Hi apemba,

Please download and install the “Dell Webcam Central” application from here. After installation open the application and check if the webcam works.
