Can i replace my laptop dedicated GPU?

OK so hear me out, i'm not talking about upgrading it (though if it can be done i might consider it), i'm just asking if i can replace my dedicated GPU chip, i own a 7520SE and it seems that the 7730M on it died, the laptop just froze one day and when i restarted it the system kept crashing and i was getting VIDEO_TDR_FAILURE, i tried reinstalling the drivers, OS and everything so it wasn't a software problem, currently i disabled the GPU and am running on HD4000, the moment i enable it and install any drivers for it my system crashed during the instalation, funny thing it the system still sees it and recognises it as a 7700 series GPU, anyway when i asked a guy i know that works at a service over the phone he instantly said the GPU died when he heard VIDEO_TDR_FAILURE, he also said i cant change/replace laptop GPU though i kinda found the GPU chip on ebay so i'm asking if i can actually change it on Inspiron 7520SE

No, this GPU is soldered to the motherboard. You would need to replace the entire motherboard if you wanted to replace the GPU.
