I'm not totally sure what you are askin', but if I'm getting this right...
You wanna know if it's safe to your battery in the notebook while it's plugged in, correct? If that's the case, it's a mixed bag. Some swear it's fine, and others say it drains the batteries life (for how long it can hold a charge) quicker.
Personally, I have mine it and I haven't been affected, but I guess it's personal choice.
That is some great advice from Geek Squad - NOT! I've had a multitude of laptops over the last 10 years and have never removed the battery while running on AC. While there is a very small sound of truth to what they are telling you, in practice it is a non-issue. While running from AC your battery actually acts like an on-line UPS so that any interruption to the AC power simply results in the battery ceasing charging. We have folks in our office who use their laptops like a desktop and run from AC all day every day and never run off battery. Practically speaking, their batteries seem to last just as long as those of us who routinely run from battery. LithiumIon batteries are very forgiving when it comes to charge cycles. Best advice - leave your battery in.
I concur. I leave my battery in also because it balances out the laptop so I don't have to hold the palmrest down when opening the lid, and it also keeps the laptop balanced. There's a rubber foot on my battery, so if it's removed, the laptop will wobble.

Greetings,
I'm not totally sure what you are askin', but if I'm getting this right...
