Can`t open BIOS update file + other problems

1) I downloaded bios update file but can`t open, tried with 2 different files.

2) Also I can`t install the latest Flash Player (have 14.0) and I noticed I wasn`t able to run one program which didn`t have problems on other computers.

3) Sometimes I hear that fan increases and decreases speed very quickly and I hear some kind of clicking sound from computer (reminds relay), probably not normal.

4) Pointer stick doesn`t work, I also don`t find any options for it.
