cant transfer file via bluetooth
Hi,
Thanks for ur help...
i need 1 more your help.im using window 7.i cant transfer any file via bluetooth ( handphone to laptop & laptop to handphone ).
My bluetooth device ( Dell Wireless 370 Bluetooth Mini-Card ) detected at my handphone but when i try to send any file to my laptop,sending failed.
Whether i need install another driver?where can i get the driver? whether window 7 can support to using the device?

Does your phone support OBEX (object exchange)? Some wireless carriers block this over bluetooth so you are forced to use a data plan with the carrier.

hi..
i am Pritha from Bangladesh.I cant send any file from my laptop Dell Vostro 3460.But i received via Bluetooth.I dont understand whats happened.Due to troubleshoot i induced comp port may be its not necessary .My bluetooth icon also invisible from my desktop. i need help urgently

Hi pritha,
Reinstall the Bluetooth driver should fix the issue. The following link will help you to download the latest Bluetooth driver:

Once you open the link, you will see a list of drivers under Network. Select the Bluetooth card on your laptop and download the necessary driver.
Before installing the driver uninstall the existing Bluetooth driver by going to Start Menu> Control Panel> Programs and features. Locate the Bluetooth driver and uninstall by right clicking on it.

Actually, you dont need a bluetooth to transfer. you can just make a research and you will find. Here I found one for you.
