Try installing Dell Quickset on the computer. Click on the link http://dell.to/1f0ech6, choose the operating system -> expand Applications to download Dell Quickset. Once it is installed, you should get a pop up on the screen when press the caps lock key.

Thaaaaaaank You. It worked-----but only about 2 hours later, after installing all the other downloads Dell suggested. Thanx again.
