caps lock stealing focus
hey guys
i've had my dell laptop for a couple of months now and everything worked great up until about 10 mins ago when every time i pressed my caps lock on it steals focus away from whatever i'm doing and i have to click back onto the page to continue typing. i've read about disabling the quickset buttons but i like the notifications is there any way of stopping this from happening without doing that?
thanks.

Fix the Cap Lock Stealing the Focus issue
When you press the Cap Lock key, it steals the focus away from your active document/window.
Here's how to fix it.
Note: Make sure the Base option is set to Hexadecimal when entering the DWORD value.
From this point forward, programs should no longer steal the focus from the window that you're currently working in.

Thanks Bay Wolf! I emailed the Dell support team as well and the suggestions they gave me were to update the software, which I did but it didn't work, but your method worked perfect. I can now type with capitals again. Thank you.
