Can someone help me to reisntall drivers

Probably no driver to install. There is firmware but I doubt that would help. You would need to provide the full model name of your laptop and its operating system for us to track down specific driver info.

You could try reseating the device (pull it out and reinstall it).

maybe restore back to a previous date

In the Windows search box type system restore. Pick an earlier date to restore to.

Try posting on our Disk Drives discussion board. Tell them the model name etc.
