CD/DVD BURNER
I have been downloading from itunes ever since I bought my Dell Inspiron E1705 with no problem....Today I get a message after trying to download that it is canceling the burn....After trying to download anything else, I find that the burner doesnn't work...Simply when I put in a CD, it grumbles, but nothing happens...?????I a ma novice, and don't know what to do. Can anyone out there help? David

Maybe it is just worn out. Try posting on the Disk Drives (HDD, CD/DVD, Blu-ray) Board for a better chance at getting an answer specific to your situation.
