Checking temperature on XPS M140

Can anyone please tell me how you check the temperature on an XPS M140 laptop.  I have been in CMOS and can't find anything to do with the temperature at.

Thanks so much

There are many programs you can use in Windows to check temperatures:

Everest - Generally has cpu/gpu/hd etc temp monitors

GPU-Z - Has a tab to monitor gpu temps

I8kfangui - can monitor cpu/gpu/memory/hd.. and has neat feature to have a tray icon to constantly see temps

Theres a lot of othe programs out there.. its all preference, just find one you like and go with it ;)

( if you are having temperature issues, you can start by taking a can of compressed air and blow out the vents..  you can also make sure your fans are working )

I personally use Core Temp for my CPU temp's (sits/displays in the system tray), and Nvidia nTune to check on graphics card temp's (among other things) ;)
