Cleaning XPS top
I have a new XPS M1530 and love it. I wish the red was a little brighter/glossy but still think its a great looking machine.
Anyway just wondering how you folks are cleaning your XPS, mine gets finger prints on the top and the water hose is not doing the job. Just kidding, I haven't tried anything yet just curious about how others are cleaning their XPS.
Thanks

I must have ordered my M1530 before the cloth was bundled with them and didn't get one. I've tried to avoid using any cleaners other that a fibre cloth and some good old fashinoned water. Using a damp cloth I've cleaned the screen and keyboard and itssurrounding area.
The brushed aluminium finish has started to show a whiteness in the area where my plams rest when typing and I can't seem to get rid of it. Is anyone successfully using a cleaning solution for the aluminium and if so what is it?
Is anyone certain that the metal around the keyboard is brushed aluminium or is it stainless steel?
Thanks in advance
