clicking sound while typing, etc.

Can anyone tell me how to disable the clicking noise every single time I hit a key on the keyboard.  It is annoying and I don't know what to do.  I've done all I know to do.

 

Thanks for any help.  Certainly can't take a clicking laptop to the liabrary ;o)
