CMOS Battery????

Question

I have a Inspiron 3500, when i turn the laptop off, the clock seems to stop. I looked through the documentation listed on the website but i cannot find any reference to a CMOS battery. Any ideas??

The CMOS Battery location is not shown there. Do you have any further documentation?

Have you taken the memory cover off??? Did you look under the keyboard??? It can only be in a few places and you need to change it so take the unit apart and you will find it.
