Computr booting to the bios setup screen

Hi,

 I picked up a virus through my e-mail (Outlook Express) I formatted the hard drive and reinstalled Windows XP things seem normal on the hard drive now except when I boot the computer it starts up on the set up bios screen where you can change the clock settings if I press the escape option the computer then boots to the window logo and starts.

Any help on this would be appreciated. I have a Dell Inspiron 5160 running Windows XP home addition
