copy/paste

Okay, I'm trying to write something on Quotev.com and I want to copy and Paste a picture for the word(s) so I go on my File Explorer and I copy a Photo that I want and then I highlight the word and I go to paste the picture and the paste button is unavailable and have tried everything the keyboard paste button and nothing works. Can someone please tell a way to restore the paste button.
