CPU running constantly at 100 %

My cpu has been running constantly at 100 % the last few times ive been on my computer. I did just install a program about 2 weeks ago and this problem just started happening in the past few days but I still removed the program and the problem persists.  I checked the processes I have running and its nothing out of the ordinary and my virus scan didnt show I had a virus. My computer hasent been running very noticeably slower but does anyone know what could be wrong?

So... which process(es) are tying up 100% of your CPU (excludign the idle process, of course)?
