Creative E2 Webcam Drivers for Windows 10 64-bit

I just upgraded my daughter's E6510 to Windows 10 Home 64-bit.  Unfortunately, I never installed the Windows 7 Webcam drivers prior to upgrading to 10.

The system recognizes the Webcam but it is using a generic driver that makes the picture virtually unusable.  Dell's driver will not install under Windows 10 (even in Compatibility Mode).  Does anyone have a Windows 10 or Windows 8.1 Driver for the E2 Webcam?
