CTRL-ALT-Delete

User was having a conflict with a wireless mouse on a DELL Lattitude C400. We reinstalled the touch pad drivers. When the Laptop rebooted and came up to the CTRL-ALT-DELETE screen for Win2k Pro, The keyboard does not work. Tried Going back into Safe mode, Keyboard still didnt work. Tried Last Known Good, No Dice. I need to get back into users system to remove drivers, but cannot get past the initial log in. Reset Bios - no go. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks.

Disconnect the mouse and use a external keyboard. If that does not work then can you at least get into the BIOS? Does the keyboard work before the OS boots?
