D600 w/D/Dock Station

Dell D/Docking station

(2) 19" Flat panel displays (VGA) Connectors

 

Problem:

 

I am trying to figure out how to run the two monitors thru the D/Dock station.  The Docking station provides the following; 1-VGA port, 1-DVI-D port, 1-blank PCI slot. 

 

I've already attempted to install a PCI video (RADEON 6250) into the PCI slot...with the card installed, I was never able to even get the D600 to boot up while on the docking station.  Couldn't even get into the BIOS settings...computer just hangs and a power light flashes on the status. 

 

Does anyone know how I can make use of both monitors with this scenario?  Dell support has been useless to this point stating my PCI card or the D/Dock station is bad.
